Hatter’s Place, Charles Street, Luton

Hatter’s Place offers a variety of properties available, from 1-2 bedroom apartments to 2-3 bedroom houses. The development boasts quick access to places such as Luton Station, the shopping centre and the M1 motorway, allowing for travel into London in less than half an hour.

With the houses being built in a modern style, it was essential that the metal railings followed suit, in order to maximise the contemporary effect and keep the development looking consistent throughout.

Alpha Rail was appointed by Jarvis Contracting Ltd to supply and install 74 linear metres of standard bow top railings, along with 55 linear metres of vertical bar railings throughout the development. The metalwork was hot-dipped galvanised as standard, followed by a polyester powder coated finish in RAL 9005 jet black. Further to this, additional handrail and balustrade was installed to some areas where it was required which was also finished in black. This offers a nice contrast against the colourful architecture of the buildings, which all ties into the modern feel of the development.
