Project Overview

Following a two-year redevelopment project at Kew’s Pavilion Restaurant, a brand new Pavilion Bar and Grill has recently opened its doors to the public, allowing visitors to get a coffee, fresh juice or alcoholic drinks later in the day, along with a food menu.

Alpha Rail Solution

To add the finishing touches to the new eatery, Alpha Rail was appointed to supply and install bespoke metalwork to the perimeter. In total, 180 linear metres of flat top metal railings were installed. These were galvanised and polyester powder coated in RAL 9005 jet black. They were made bespoke to have mesh across the bottom half of the panel with the purpose of blocking litter from blowing away into the park.

"LUC are very familiar with Alpha Rail, having specified their metalwork products for many projects over the years, so it was decided during a meeting with the client that Alpha Rail were to be specified on this project. We are very pleased with the finished product which fulfilled all the requirements of our brief."
